Find your role to make an impact, part 2

We can take this idea of finding your role from another angle. In our strengths, we are all different. Some jobs seem more glorious than others. The speaker in front of the crowd is necessary to bring about an awareness. The worker behind the scenes is necessary to make it happen.

Knowing the job that you are best for will help you feel more secure about what you are doing. Sometimes your job may seem insignificant in comparison to someone else’s. If you are confident that you are where you are supposed to be, and you are doing your absolute best and always striving to be better, then no matter how glamorous or dirty you job may seem… you can be sure that this is where you are at your best and making the most impact.

Somehow, having that peace of mind can really change a lot. Being satisfied with your place in life will effect your entire attitude towards everyone.

Are you a volunteer? A leader? Are you organized? Artistic? A great speaker? How does this apply to you in the workplace, or in your own daily life?
